Because all of our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing issues. Please check our sizing chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at using this contact form within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
• Your order number.
• A photo or video showing the damage or the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.

Once we verify the issue, we will happily arrange for a replacement or a refund. You do not need to ship the item back to us.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
